Complete as many cycles as possible in twenty minutes.
Advanced:
- Pull-ups - 5-10 reps
- Push-ups - 20-40 reps
- Sit-ups/Crunches - 25-50 reps
- Run - 400 meters/0.25 miles
Intermediate:
- Body Rows/Partial Pull-ups - 5 reps
- Push-ups - 10-20 reps
- Crunches - 20-40 reps
- Run-Walk - 400 meters/0.25 miles
Basic:
- Body Rows - 5 reps
- Push-ups - 10 reps
- Crunches - 20 reps
- Powerwalk - 400 meters/0.25 miles

5 Pull-ups

1/4 mile Run
GREAT WORKOUT!!! But not so great in 101* of heat!

Here is how mine broke down:

I did 3 circuits of 5 body rows, 10 push ups (lady style), 10 crunches, and a 4 to 5 minute run.
ReplyDeleteI figured the run longer than 1/4 mile. It was hot, but not boring. I would love to do it again when it's not so hot.
