JUMP SQUATS, BODYWEIGHT SQUATS #1

Today's workout uses the 30/30 interval pattern (30seconds work, 30seconds rest, repeat).

Advanced - Intermediate:
  • 10 minutes - 30/30 Squat Jumps
    (e.g. half, full, jump-overs, etc.)
  • 10 minutes - 30/30 Bodyweight Squats
    (e.g. Hindu, Sumo, Deep Knee Bend, etc.)

Basic:

  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Half-Squats
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Half-Squats

  2. I don't know why I didn't do yesterday's workout. So I punished myself today....

    Advanced:
    Half Jump Squats x 142
    Full Squats x 107

  3. Full jump squats: 17/16/13/13/10/13/10/12/10/12 = 113

    Half-squats:
    17/16/15/15/14/15/17/18/17/15 = 159

    I can't feel my legs. Is that bad?

  4. As usual I trained very late so I couldn´t be jumping around in the living room, instead did:

    DB swings 10 x 15
    Full squats 10 x 20
