That's up to you. If you're new to this type of training, keep the reps fairly low so you don't burn out at the end. Each of the daily workouts should be tailored to the individual, adjusted to your specific level of conditioning and the goals you are trying to reach.

Can I pyramid (1 rep the first minute) aiming for 20 reps in the 20th? Or should I try and hit 20 sets of the same number of reps?
