PULL-UPS ON THE MINUTE

Perform a set of pull-ups or chin-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes. Intermediate and basic trainees should substitute partial pull-ups, assisted pull-ups, and/or body rows as necessary.

  1. Did this workout this morning. Wide grip pull-ups 5 x 10sets=50;
    Commando pull-ups 6 x 10sets=60;
    Total of 110 pull-ups in 20 minutes. Great workout,was tired!
    Ended the evening with an opening day dove hunt with my kids!Enjoy your website, thanks for your great workouts!
