PULL-UPS ON THE MINUTE
Perform a set of pull-ups/chin-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes.
Intermediate and Basic trainees should subsitute partial reps, assisted reps, and/or bodyrows as necessary.

Total: 90reps
I alternated the pull-ups and chin-ups each set for the first 80reps. This was a seven rep gain over the same workout two weeks ago.
140 Body Rows (7/min) Overall improvement of 40 (100@5per min last time)
Troy, Sol, Andrea, and Shawn each with 305 BRs(15/min plus 5 extra)
DZ 400 BRs(20/min)
