CONDITIONING INTERVALS

Today's workout uses the 30/30 interval pattern (30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, repeat for time allotted) familiar to Twenty Minute regulars.

Advanced:
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Burpees
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Mountain Climbers
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Squats

Intermediate and Basic:

  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Squat Thrusts or Half Squats
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Mountain Climbers
  • 5 minutes - 30/30 Squats or Half Squats

Ugh.

I think I am still getting my wind back after being sick all last week.
