CONDITIONING INTERVALS
Today's workout uses the 30/30 interval pattern (30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, repeat for time allotted) familiar to Twenty Minute regulars.
Advanced:
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Burpees
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Mountain Climbers
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Squats
Intermediate and Basic:
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Squat Thrusts or Half Squats
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Mountain Climbers
- 5 minutes - 30/30 Squats or Half Squats
