  1. I ususally make Friday my rest day and then on Sundy morning do a sprint workout. This week, due to bad weather and the fact that I haven´t been too fit recently, I just did a quiet leg workout:

    Lunge 5
    Heel raise 5
    Squat 5

    for 23 rounds
