Ran for 30 mins as I was feeling quite fresh.

I substituted twenty minutes of rope skipping for running today (15 x 30/30, 1 x 5 minutes continuously). I finished up with tire flipping and wheel-barrow walks with a Frisbee.

Took a rest day yesterday, so I can do jujitsu Sunday and still have a day off.
21 minutes, 7 laps x 473 meters = 3.3 km, which is around two miles, I reckon.
