PUSH-UPS ON THE MINUTE
Perform a set of push-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes.
Intermediate and Basic trainees should substitute Knee Push-ups as necessary.

Was sort of jonesing to run, so I did a 20 minutes for distance run instead. Push ups tomorrow, maybe.
2 miles in 17:15. Walked a minute after that, then finished out the twenty.
