Ten Simple Eating Rules

  1. Do not eat sweets
  2. Do not eat snacks
  3. Do not eat seconds
  4. Do not eat Franken-foods
  5. Do not eat compulsively or emotionally
  6. Do eat protein with every meal
  7. Do eat non-starchy vegetables
  8. Do eat slow/natural carbs in place of starchy carbs
  9. Do drink lots of water
  10. Do cheat one day per week
