REST DAY
Ten Simple Eating Rules
- Do not eat sweets
- Do not eat snacks
- Do not eat seconds
- Do not eat Franken-foods
- Do not eat compulsively or emotionally
- Do eat protein with every meal
- Do eat non-starchy vegetables
- Do eat slow/natural carbs in place of starchy carbs
- Do drink lots of water
- Do cheat one day per week
