Sorry Joel, it was rainingthis morning and my Achilles is still giving me some stick.
Instead I did:

DVR Chin-ups - 5
Bear crawl – 30 seconds
Push-ups – 10
Bear crawl – 30 seconds

8 rounds in 20 minutes
