 CONDITIONING INTERVALS

Complete the following circuit four times in twenty minutes.

  • 1 minute - Jumping Jacks/Skip Rope
  • 1 minute - Alternating Lunges
  • 1 minute - Squat Thrusts
  • 1 minute - Mountain Climbers
  • 1 minute - Rest

Intermediate and Basic trainees should substitute 30/30 or 45/15 work/rest intervals for the 1 minute sets as needed.
