JUMPING JACK + PUSH-UP CHALLENGE

 

Today's workout involves two ten-minute challenges.

  • For the first ten minutes, perform as many jumping jacks as possible, resting as necessary.
  • During the second ten minutes, perform as many push-ups as possible.

Intermediate and Basic trainees should substitute Knee Push-ups as necessary.

These workouts are great!!  I love the little quick things that you can do to be fit, thanks for publishing the 20 min Fit Solution! Do you do any crossfit training?

I'm glad you're enjoying the workouts. I don't do Crossfit, but their format was one of the inspirations for this blog. I wanted to give people without equipment or technical training in gymanstics and the Olympic lifts an easily accessible, fitness alternative similar to Crossfit. Ultimately, the followers of this blog will determine for themselves whether we have succeeded or not.
