Perform a set of push-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes.

Intermediate and Basic trainees should substitute Knee Push-ups as necessary.

Hey guys, Very new to this, but what do you mean by "A set of Push-ups"? Is a set 8? 10? 12? a minutes worth?

You decide what each training set will be. Start low to avoid burnout in the latter stages of the workout.
