Ran 3.25 Km in 20 minutes. is that good?
It's very respectable. But don't rely on someone else to tell you what is or isn't good in relation to your daily workout. Only you know your background, physical abilities, goals, and daily challenges.
You tell me, was 3.25K in 20 minutes good?
