do you do 5 min of an exercise and the move on or complete all exercises and repeat 5 times? Or does it matter?

Perform all five work sets of a particular exercise before moving on to the next.

Alternately, you may arrange the exercises in a circuit, doing one set of each exercise before performing the second set.
