When do you usually post your workouts? I live in Spain and I'm at least 6 -9 hours time difference depending where you are. Are the workouts fairly similar according to day? Maybe I should follow a day behind. Thanks for the great posts!!
The daily workouts are usually posted late afternoon or early evening (Eastern Time Zone--USA) on the day before the workout is assigned. Sometimes a daily workout will be delayed or missed, but this has not happened often in the almost four years we've been posting these workouts.
Even though each workout is assigned for a specific day, many who live in other countries alter the weekly routine and perform the same workouts on different days. Every trainee should modify the workout and schedule to fit his/her needs, abilities, and goals.
