    Did a modified version today...

    30 seconds press ups
    30 seconds skipping
    30 seconds resistance band rows
    30 seconds skipping
    30 seconds squats
    30 seconds skipping
    30 seconds bicycle crunches
    30 seconds skipping

    Repeated 5 times to total 20 minutes. Not better - just different!
