Thank you for this blog. I always liked crossfit but don’t have the equipment.

I’m east coast and workout at 5:00am, so I’ll be a day behind on what you have posted so I don’t have to log that early to get the workout, still keeping Sunday as rest.

20 min run 1.87 miles on the treadmill(pushed out to 2 miles 21:20 : x-trainer for an extra 15 min) weight 285lbs
