PUSH-UPS ON THE MINUTE

Perform a set of push-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes. Intermediate and basic trainees should substitute Knee or Countertop Push-ups as necessary.

Knee pushups: 10x5r = 50r

20 x 5 Wall PU (3/4 HSPU) = 100reps

Knee push ups 20x10reps

Im pleased with how my elbow is responding, particularly the high reps.
