CONDITIONING CIRCUITS
Complete as many circuits as possible in twenty minutes.
Advanced:
- 30 seconds - PowerSkip
(Skip like a girl, but thrust your knees high and pump your arms. Focus on power.) - A set of Burpees
- Crab Crawl back to start
(Or 30 sec. crawl)
Intermediate - Basic:
- 20-30 seconds - PowerSkip
- A set of Squat Thrusts
- Crab Crawl back to start
(Or 20-30 sec. crawl)

Burpees x 5
Crab x 30sec
Medball slams x 5
-Burpees were minus the push-up
-Set the watch to 30sec intervals, there was about 15sec rest after burpees and slams
