CONDITIONING CIRCUITS

Complete as many circuits as possible in twenty minutes.

Advanced:

  • 30 seconds - PowerSkip
    (Skip like a girl, but thrust your knees high and pump your arms. Focus on power.)
  • A set of Burpees
  • Crab Crawl back to start
    (Or 30 sec. crawl)

Intermediate - Basic:

  • 20-30 seconds - PowerSkip
  • A set of Squat Thrusts
  • Crab Crawl back to start
    (Or 20-30 sec. crawl)

8 sets.

5 burpees per set = 40.

Medball slams x 5
-Burpees were minus the push-up
-Set the watch to 30sec intervals, there was about 15sec rest after burpees and slams
