Joel,
I´m very busY at the moment and don´t get too much chance to sit down at a computer, but I´m still keeping busy with the workouts. Today I trained at lunch time instead of early in the morning and it was too hot to run outside, so instead I did conditioning intervals in the cellar.
DB Swings 15-15-15-15-15
Burpees 12-12-10-10-10
Mountain climbers 15-15-15-15-15
Hindu squats 20-20-20-20-20
Training at the different time was a real challenge and quite difficult going.
