CONDITIONING: JUMPING JACKS & BURPEES
30/30 = 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
Advanced:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Burpees
Intermediate:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Squat Thrusts
Basic:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Half Squats

DB Swings 10x15 reps
Burpees 30/30 for 10 minutes
for total of 86 reps
I wanted 100 burpees, but failed miserably!!!!
