O_o...that was tough. I was a bit sore from yesterday's workout.

Jumping Jacks were okay, squats okay-ish.

But moutain clibers and burpees !! WOW ...

I did the 20 minutes but quality was bad. I think I did 2 burpees during the last round :)

But I like the variety of the workouts.

Late, but posting. I did intermidiate, with pushups the first round with the squat thrusts and knee pushups round two. Those hurt, as did thr mtn. Climbers, down to 10 slow squat thrusts the last round and a pause in the climbers to recover but I made it. Keep up the good work!
