Run-walk for twenty minutes.
Basic:
Powerwalk for twenty minutes.
20 minute workouts posted Monday thru Saturday requiring little or no equipment to complete.

For a good health all of us should to be run minimum 2k.m. to 5k.m.everyday. and to eat food contain good fiber
