Run for twenty minutes.
Intermediate :
Run-walk for twenty minutes.
Basic:
Powerwalk for twenty minutes.
20 minute workouts posted Monday thru Saturday requiring little or no equipment to complete.

I generally do intermediate run-walks in the morning for about 30 minutes.
I always avoid running :( but now i am seriously starts thinking about running and walking. Its everyone basis need !
