I know that this is like asking what your favorite color is, but what is your personal favorite of the 20m's you have done?
And on the other side, which one will you find any way on earth to avoid doing again...

Personally, the workouts I love the most are probably the ones I dread the most going into them.
A few notables:
Supersets of Dips+Chin-ups - Love it
30/90 Sprints - Love surviving it
10min. Jump Rope, 10min. Burpees - Love to hate it

Did I forget to mention the B-circuit? That's definitely another love-hate relationship. :)
I enjoy the Spartan run days, the animal conditioning days, now, thats another story. OUCH!
