Personally, the workouts I love the most are probably the ones I dread the most going into them.

A few notables:
Supersets of Dips+Chin-ups - Love it
30/90 Sprints - Love surviving it
10min. Jump Rope, 10min. Burpees - Love to hate it

Did I forget to mention the B-circuit? That's definitely another love-hate relationship. :)
