CONDITIONING INTERVALS
30/30 intervals = 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, repeat for allotted sets
Advanced:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Burpees
Intermediate:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Squat Thrusts
Basic:
- 10 x 30/30 Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
- 10 x 30/30 Squat Thrusts or Half Squats
