TIMED SETS CIRCUITS
Perform four rounds of the following circuit.
- Round One perform each exercise for 60 seconds
- Round Two perform each exercise for 45 seconds
- Round Three perform each exercise for 30 seconds
- Round Four perform each exercise for 15 seconds
Rest 1 minute between each set of exercises in all four rounds.
Advanced:
- Pull-ups
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
Intermediate:
- Assisted, Partial, or Jumping Pull-ups
- Sit-ups or Crunches
- Push-ups (go to your knees if necessary)
Basic:
- Body Rows
- Crunches
- Knee Push-ups

My first post of the year so I´ll wish Joel and everyone else on the site a happy New Year!!!
I started the year with yet another course of anti-biotics and finally managed to get rid of the cold I´d carried round for three months. I´ve continued to do some light training so it shouldn´t take long to get back into it.
Yesterday was a beautiful mild sunny day so I got out and did sprint intervals - Wow!! I always get such a buzz from sprinting!!!
Todays workout will be done tonight after work - probably quite late.
Pulls 9,6,4,3
sits 41,29,20,10
pushups 36,27,20,13
Nice upper body workout.
Pulls 13/10/5/5
Stab. ball crunch 36/21/15/8
Pushups 37/22/15/11
Pullups were negative after 11/5/3/3
Braved the dark night and sub zero temperatures to do straight sets of body rows in the garden:
15;11;8;6
It was late and I couldn´t face timed sets, so did easier
Push-ups 10
Sit ups 10
for 10 supersets
