TIMED SETS CIRCUITS
Perform four rounds of the following circuit.
- Round One perform each exercise for 60 seconds
- Round Two perform each exercise for 45 seconds
- Round Three perform each exercise for 30 seconds
- Round Four perform each exercise for 15 seconds
- Rest 1 minute between each set of exercises in all four rounds.
Advanced:
- Pull-ups
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
Intermediate:
- Assisted, Partial, or Jumping Pull-ups
- Sit-ups or Crunches
- Push-ups (go to your knees if necessary)
Basic:
- Body Rows
- Crunches
- Knee Push-ups

I can't get this to add to 20 mins.
Is there to be a 60 sec rest between exercises or just between rounds?

This WOD should actually take 19:30.
Round One: 6:00
Round Two: 5:15
Round Three: 4:30
Round Four: 3:45
Total: 19:30
Insert one minute of rest between each exercise (three minutes rest per round).

Chins (partials): 7(8), 5(5), 4(4), 3
Russian Twists per side: 21, 19, 16, 12
Pushups: 25, 18, 14, 10
