How is everyone getting on with the pushups?

I'm doing ok, trying to keep them very easy, split into lots of sets - this morning was 63, in 9x7, tomorrow will probably be 8x8. Usually getting them all done between gettign up and leaving for work.

I'm recording the rest of my training at

I´m still in there too ..... though I tend to do more than the prescribed number each day - at the moment I´m doing 100 a day. It´s the only work I´m doing right now, it´s my low time of the year so I just do my push-ups and sit-ups every morning then in the evening I do something for legs.

I've actually had a tough time with the pushup challenge recently. After a horrible flu a week ago, I've fallen about 700 pushups behind. So, instead of trying to catch up, I'm just to set out to complete a good solid set or 3 everyday. I won't hit the challenge's goal, but it will leave me fresh to complete my other two goals for the year. It's disappointing, but I always have next year.

i'm doing them throughout the working day in small sets. that helps keep me awake during the quiet times. it's another ceremony season in good old nihon, so there are plenty of cancelled classes and plenty of quiet times.

i don't keep strictly to the challenge format though, its way too borg like for me.

I'm still on the challenge. I was already doing high volume PUs when the year began, so I am close to 8,000 reps right now. I backed off the high volume after January. Currently I am doing the challenge push-ups with some additional reps thrown in depending on my workouts from day to day.
