PUSH-UPS ON THE MINUTE


Perform a set of push-ups at the top of every minute for twenty minutes.


Intermediate and Basic trainees should substitute knee push-ups as necessary.

Dips every 2 minutes. Total = 62

20 sets of 10, for 200 military pushups.

Next time I think I'll try the dips a la Neil, to work strength over endurance...
