CRAWLS & CALISTHENICS
Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes.
1) A set of Pushups
2) Bear Crawl (Advanced: 30 sec. | Intermediate-Basic: 15-20 sec.)
3) A set of Pull-ups (Intermediate-Basic: Body Rows)
4) Crab Crawl (Advanced: 30 sec. | Intermediate-Basic: 15-20 sec.)
