I have used this site when I have no access to a gym and it is great. I think I will use it more. I like crossfit but you need a gym for a lot of the exercises, whereas this site uses the weight we carry with us! Could you point me to where I might find explanations of exercises? Some I am not familiar with. I google them but I don't know if there is something more specific you would like us to do.

We've had formatting issues with Blogger for the last several weeks. Check the archive for WODs with links embedded containing further descriptions of the exercises.
Most of the exercises can be easily found online. Try googling the terms you are unfamiliar with, or just ask about specific ones.
There are also a few links on the right side of the page that contain exercise descriptions.
