Hi Joel,

I did the animal workout a couple of weeks ago and plan to do it again tomorrow after work. Oh my goodness. The description reads as if it would be so easy and hardly worthy of the name "workout." It kicked my behind! My legs were really sore the next day from the "kangaroo hops."

The combos of exercises in the workouts and the variety are very creative, very challenging, and very healthy.
