CONDITIONING CIRCUITS


Complete as many circuits as possible in twenty minutes.


Advanced:
  • 30 seconds - Walking Lunges
  • A set of Burpees
  • Bear Crawl back to start
    (Or 30 sec. crawl)

Intermediate - Basic:

  • 20-30 seconds - Walking Lunges
  • A set of Squat Thrusts
  • Bear Crawl back to start
    (Or 20-30 sec. crawl)

I did this on Thursday. I think it is in the wrong forum. It should be in the 10 minute fitness solution. I did 5 sets of this and done. I'll have to save this one to do again. Have a great day.

Bob,

All of the WODs are designed to modify for the individual trainee. Good call on shortenting it to ten minutes.

Several of the workouts work very well as five or ten minute mini-workouts. You can use these multiple times during the day, or on different days.
