PU + ABS SUPER SETS
Repeat as many cycles as possible in twenty minutes. Try to only rest at the end of each cycle.
Advanced:
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Sit-ups
- 10 Narrow/Diamond Push-ups
- 10 Leg Levers
- 10 Wide Push-ups
- 10 Bicycle Crunches
Intermediate:
Same as advanced, but go to knees on the push-ups if necessary.
Basic:
- 10 Knee or Countertop Push-ups
- 10 Crunches
- 10 Narrow Knee or Countertop Push-ups
- 10 Reverse Crunches (Bring knees to chest)
- 10 Wide Knee or Countertop Push-ups
- 10 Bicycle Crunches
