Did this workout this morning. Wide grip pull-ups 5 x 10sets=50;Commando pull-ups 6 x 10sets=60;Total of 110 pull-ups in 20 minutes. Great workout,was tired!Ended the evening with an opening day dove hunt with my kids!Enjoy your website, thanks for your great workouts!
