CONDITIONING INTERVALS
Today's workout is one we all love to hate. Nevertheless, it is highly effective at developing real strength endurance.
Advanced:
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Burpees
Intermediate:
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Squat Thrusts
Basic:
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- 10 minutes - 30/30 Half-Squats

10 x 30sec Fast Rope = 643turns/2miss
10 x 30sec Burpees = 89reps
300 Jumping Jacks
92 Squat Thrusts
I trained at home very early Friday morning so couldn´t jump about. Looked back a week or two and did:
Lunge - 10 (each leg)
Heelraise - 10
Half squat - 10
for 13 rounds.
I´m going on holiday to Spain tonight so I´ll be offline for 2 weeks, but will be training on the beach to the same principles!!!
